1. Where is your factory?
A: Our factory is located in Hangzhou City, where close to Shanghai.
We have got ISO9001 and ISO 14001 certificates for factory.
2. How long have your company been in small kitchen appliances field?
A: Sino Cloud Holdings Limited was set up in 2012 and Hangzhou Yaochen Trading company was set up in 2015. All our staffs have trading experience of more than 10 years.
3. Do you have approvals for products?
A: Yes, we have different approcals for different products. Most of them got CE/GS/Rohs/LFGB approvals and some of them got ETL/CETL for US and Canada market and some of them got CB certificates for Asian Market.
4. How should I pay for the order?
A: We accept LC at sight from famous and reliable banks. TT in advance is also acceptable and 30% deposit is a must. If it is a sample order, you may pay on-line via Made-in-China's platform.
